I love this pan! December 3, 2008

I already had purchased this pan at full price from our local Target store and wasn't very impressed with it at first. However, the more I used it - the more I liked it, but it wasn't in stock any longer locally. It is the perfect size for my Toastmaster Bread Maker's Hearth Oven when I don't want to use my primary oven. It also fits more conveniently in my dishwasher. I liked it so much that I just had to have an extra so I could make a batter for 12 muffins and store the other pan in the frig to bake the next night since I mostly cook for two people. It is so wonderful that I purchased a set of 2 of these for my daughter. I can't say that the silicone liners are very good, maybe I just need more practice using them. However, I love the pan and feel so lucky that this pan was available on Amazon at half the price I paid for my first one. Just can't say enough good things about it. It's a nice heavy weight and also is easy to clean. The finish is smoother than on the Calphalon Classic bakeware so baked on stuff doesn't stick to it as others have indicated in their reviews.
