This product out of the box was excellent. It is extremely noisy but that's to be expected I guess. However, after just one year a plastic part broke off from somewhere inside and it's not been able to properly crush ice since. There's no way to get into the unit to check it out or clean it either. I would recommend it for infrequent use, but not if you like crushed ice with your drinks daily.

This ice crusher is good for small quantities. Its weight gives it a solid feel as it vibrates, and the crushed ice is just right for drinks - not too fine like snowballs. It operates best by feeding it 2 cubes at a time; any more than that causes it to jam.

Wonderful product. Crushes ice finely, not big chunks. I love slushies so this appliance is perfect. So go for if you love drinks with finely chopped ice.

Deni 6100 Automatic 70-Watt Stainless-Steel Ice Crusher Womderful product. My grandson loves slushies and sno-cones. I just like crushed ice. I can't tell you who is the mosthrilled with this little ice dream maker. I am also very impressed with the delivery time.
