I'm lovin' this mug - even though it took forever to arrive & with shipping, cost me $20! I had one back in the 80's that eventually broke & I'd been keeping an eye out for another for a very long time. I don't use this one as a travel mug, I like it for my A.M. coffee, at home because it holds 16 oz. and keeps my coffee hot. I do know it works well in the car, too as I used to take my other one on the road and it rides very nicely. I would have given this 5 stars, but deducted 2 for slow delivery (maybe because I ordered black - now I see black is not even offered on Amazon) and because of $8 for shipping (2/3 of the mug cost), but now that it's here I'm happy to have it

This mug is nice becuase it's porcellen, and has a wide enough base that it won't spill when you're drinking coffee at your desk. I'm not crazy about the lid design. You have to be very carful not to over fill the mug, or coffee will splash up when you put the lid on. You also have to be careful taking the lid off, becuase coffee tends to splash up on your clothes even if the cup is empty.

I am buying one for father's day for my husband now (he's been bugging me to get one for him). This hotjo has been my tea mug for about 4 years now and it's the only mug for me. Holds a lot, stays hot. And it's ceramic which is much nicer to drink out of.

Received a pair of these mugs via UPS in 3 days from CA to VA. Order Processing took 2 business days not counting the weekend. Pleasant experience.
The product itself performs exactly as I expected. No more coffee sloshing over my hand as walk up and down stairs. As the previous reviewer stated the mug itself is a very dark blue.
I tend to thumb my mugs so the squared design of handle is not perfect in this respect. However that is a minor nitpick and doesn't detract much from the mug.
Easy to sip with or without the cap in place. If some tragedy would befall my two mugs I would not hesitate to order these again.

I purchased two of these mugs. The quality is excellent and they were well packed. My only complaint is that the 'Cobolt Blue' is a whole lot closer to what I call 'Midnight Blue' and would very easily be mistaken for black.
