I found this pan on clearance at Bed+Bath, I used my 20% off coupon, (not suppose to on All Clad but it went thru) so, I got it for $40! MY Best buy!
I began using it for diced potatoes tossed with olive oil and salt+pepper. It became our "go to" side dish for chicken, pork chops, etc; The brown marks on the potatoes is nice! They are crispy and delish.
I use it for anything that I put into the oven that won't put off a lot of liquid. The lip is there to keep food in, but if the lip was 1/2" taller, I would be super happy. I've never lost any food over the side.
I love the tall handles, easy to get oven mittens around handles.
This is one of my favorite pans. You won't be disappointed!

I love this pan. I bought it as a birthday present for my husband who is VERY picky about his cookware. He couldn't be more thrilled with it which is endorsement enough for me! Super easy clean up too.

I used a cast iron grill pan before I bought this one from All-Clad. The All-Clad is so much lighter and easier to clean. I love it for grilling fish and veggies. It is great for grilling fruit for dessert too. I do not use it for steaks as we prefer those on our outdoor grill. The only problem would be for a small kitchen since it takes lots of storage space. It is a hard working and well used pan in my kitchen.

I really loved these when i bought them, even though they can't go from stove-top to oven like other brands. I have two and using both at once allowed me to be very efficient in the kitchen. A few months later though, they are rusted over, disgusting and impossible to clean, with no nonstick surface to speak of. All-clad's warranty is completely worthless. They insist that you send them the pans for inspection AT YOUR EXPENSE. If they decide the problem is a result of a covered defect they will replace them and ship you new ones AT YOUR EXPENSE AS WELL. These are heavy pans! If they decide not to replace the pans they will send you back yours, you guessed it, at YOUR EXPENSE as well. By the time you are done sending the pans back and forth you might as well buy new ones, from another company.
